4th Grade

Sarah Wauson

My name is Sarah Wauson. This is my 7th year as an educator and my first year at George C. Clarke as a Fourth Grade Math/Science teacher. Previously, I taught in Victoria, TX for 3 years in fourth and second grade before moving to the DFW area in 2020. I spent the last 3 years as a second grade educator in Alvarado, TX. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with an ESL certification (Hook ‘Em Horns!). 

When I am not teaching I enjoy traveling and volunteering in the community. I also enjoy spending time with my husband and two dogs (Trooper and Ranger). My favorite hobbies are reading, crochet, and attending Comic Cons.

Hi, I am Ms. Huie. I have been with Fort Worth ISD for 11 years. I am a graduate from Texas Wesleyan University with degrees in education, reading, and second language education. I have a wonderful husband, four amazing children, and a bunch of pets. I enjoy reading, playing games, and spending time at home. My goals every year are to build relationships with families and to make sure the students, and myself, walk out learning something new everyday.
